THE UBEE MODEM DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY OUT OF THE BOX IF YOU HAVE A MAC. Time-Warner sent me a real piece of garbage, a uBee Router/modem combo. 99% OF THEIR TECH SUPPORT STAFF HAS NO IDEA WHAT TO DO AND THEY WILL ONLY READ YOU A WORTHLESS SCRIPT. EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT COMPUTER LITERATE, READ THIS AND PAY ATTENTION. YOU WILL HAVE MAJOR PROBLEMS, GUARANTEED, IF YOU USE THE JUNK THEY SUPPLY YOU WITH. THE UBEE MODEM/ROUTER IS ALL WRONG FOR A MAC. YOU MIGHT IMAGINE THAT A LARGE COMPANY LIKE TIME WARNER WOULD SEND YOU CORRECTLY SET-UP EQUIPMENT, BUT YOU ARE WRONG.
